Calming Coloring Pages for Students & Adults

Mindful PE

One of the strategies I did not include in the Calming Cards I wrote about HERE was coloring, mainly because in PE it isn't one of our usual go-to's. I always have a few of these sheets around if a student asks or I know it would be an appropriate option.

Did you know that a properly taught Health program reduces the risk of heart disease by 2.16 percentage points and reduces the risk of diabetes by 1.3 percentage points?

Calming Strategies for Students Who Need a Break

Mindful PE

In my previous post on Classroom Management Strategies , I mentioned that one of the consequences after a verbal warning was for a student to sit out on the bench.
