Field Day is my favorite time of the year; however, organizing and implementing a quality Field Day can be daunting. There are several logistical points that need to be figured out such as: the daily schedule, need for parent volunteers, other staff responsibilities, the number of grade levels involved at a time, and the most important, the theme of the event.
