When you hear “exercise snacks,” you might think of a protein bar or a piece of fruit. But it’s not about what you eat; it’s an approach to fitness for people on the go. “Exercise snacks” serve as reminders to get up and move regularly.
At times it was a challenge, but the experience proved to be great for my mental health, creativity, and growth as a teacher.
